Uni-Thread
We use Ultimate tying silk for the majority of our fly tying but sometimes we do need a traditional thread; for example when tying thread bodied spiders or traditional tenkara flies (aka kebari). Uni -Thread is a pre waxed thread available in two diameters and a range of colours. 6/0 is the thickest of the two and perfect for larger flies (also a favourite of JP's for tying tenkara patterns). 8/0 is slightly thinner and an excellent thread for smaller thread bodied flies such as North Country wet flies when tied on smaller hooks.
