Fish On strives to provide the best quality fly fishing and fly tying products available.
Expert guiding and instruction from two former IFFA Rivers Champions - John Tyzack and Andy Cliffe - takes your fishing to the next level.
In stock at the moment we have our own range of barbless black river hooks - dry, curved, nymph and jig - French leaders and indicators, tungsten beads and tungsten shrimp bodies, polish quills and CDC feathers - and not forgetting or Ultimate Tying Silk. Made from a high-tech fibre and manufactured specifically for fly tying, this thread allows the tying of the smallest and thinnest natural looking fly patterns without the usual breakages associated with ultra fine diameter tying threads.
Our French leaders are hand tied by the Fish On Team using high quality nylon monofilament. After tying each leader is chemically treated to increase suppleness and reduce line memory resulting in accurate easy-casting leaders less prone to tangles or kinking. French leaders are available in brown or clear, and in tapers to suit a wide range of conditions.
Our Two Tone Hi-Viz braid indicators are completely knotless with loops or micro rings at each end. Hand made by the Fish On Team.
Here at Fish On we are huge fans of the Marryat rod range.
JT has been crowned English National Rivers Champion an unprecedented six times and is on record as saying that the Tactical Pro 9'6' 3/4wt is the best river rod he has ever used.
Andy became International Rivers Champion fishing with the Marryat Tactical 10' 4wt and rates that rod as the finest he’s ever used on the rivers.
And if that isn’t enough for you then perhaps the fact that Pascal Cognard - TRIPLE individual FIPS Mouche World Fly Fishing Champion - uses them too!
(We don't just want to sell you a rod. We want you to purchase a rod that's ideally suited to you, your quarry and the venues upon which you fish, so if you’d like some useful advice then please feel free to contact us to discuss your exact requirements)
We also operate a generous part exchange scheme. If you have an old or unused rod you'd like to trade in against the cost of a new Marryat, please email us with the details and we will reply with a quote.
