Urban Fly Fishing

Join professional guide and six times English national rivers champion John Tyzack (AAPGAI) for top quality trout and grayling fishing... on an industrial urban river!

JT discovers some fantastic fishing using techniques such as duo, dry fly and competition style double nymphing.

Dr. Paul Gaskell of the Wild Trout Trust appears for an in depth chat about how the WTT and their “Trout in the Town” projects work. Paul also gives a lesson in entomology not just for fly selection but also how “indicator species” can be used for monitoring water quality.

Disc 2 features include: Complete fly tying sequences for all flies used, tackle selection and leader makeup, out-takes, deleted scenes and a short film about the Wild Trout Trust.
